Ms Chong Sau Wee has over 20 years of experience working with international contractors and consultants in the industry producing valuations related to a range of claims, including delay and disruption, prolongation, variations and other monetary claims on variety of projects including building, infrastructure, power, utilities, oil & gas and transportation in both project delivery and dispute resolution.

Sau Wee began her career working as a Quantity Surveyor at various international construction companies and quantity surveying firms where she gain experience in preparation and submissions of progress claims, variation claims, preparation of tender documents and quantity surveyor services for design & build projects.

In recent years Sau Wee specialises in providing quantum and delay expert services for dispute resolution via adjudication, arbitration and litigation. She is skilled in the review of voluminous amounts of data to produce valuations related to a range of claims, including delay and disruption, prolongation, variations and other monetary claims. Recent notable appointments include acting as quantum expert witness for  a disputed RM136 Million industrial building project, and a disputed RM60 Million water distribution works contract.  

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a practicing expert witness, Sau Wee is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Academy of Experts UK. She is certified to act as Adjudicator for statutory adjudications under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act (CIPAA) in Malaysia.
